(TIP #1) Why should I exercise
Although the most opportune time for developing lifelong fitness habits is in the childhood years, it is in the late teens and early twenties that men and women develop a fitness consciousness. At this point in life you have reached physical maturity, your body is at its natural peak of physiological efficiency and health.

However, observe people in their late twenties and early thirties. In many of them this natural physical wellness has begun to disappear. Lack of exercise is beginning to show its affects. An increase in body fat and a loss of muscle tone, and a lessoned breathing capacity are some of the obvious signs of physiological deterioration.

Unfortunately, our bodies are not programmed to stand the stress of sitting or of being inactive.
Our modern life style fosters unfitness. Many technological advances are intended to eliminate physical exertion from every day activities. Add a high calorie, high fat diet on a daily basis, and becoming out of shape happens fast.

(TIP #2) The positive thing to do!
Exercise is good for you. It can be the positive in your life. Rather than telling yourself, Don't eat this or Don't eat that, don't go for a walk, don't go out and play with the kids ... SAY, let's eat healthier, let's play, let's have fun WHILE we exercise! People who exercise tend to be more conscious about what they eat. Exercise helps you relax. It can be the positive force that helps you adhere to other healthy behaviors. Regular exercise should be an integral part of your weekly life-style. It offsets the ill effects of sedentary living in our modern technological society and ensures that you are living at your physical peak.

Our personal training program with the SwingFit will lay out some guidelines for developing a personalized fitness program. Designing your program is easy. However, exercising on a regular basis is not easy. If exercise is fun, you will WANT to do it. So what is fun? Exercising with your family, and/or exercising while the kids are playing ... at the same time!

Increasing your energy with exercise makes for a fun life. Living life to the fullest is fun. The SwingFit investment will provide you and your family with hours and years of Fun and FITNESS for the entire family. Most of all, many hours of enjoyable times together. With SwingFit, Time together is TIME FOR LIFE.

Over the years I found that cable movements balanced my physique out better. Free form movements constantly increased Annette's and my strength and worked numerous muscle groups at one time. Machines have a fixed path of motion. With the SWINGFIT, YOU make the path allowing your own natural body's motion. Cable movements isolate specific muscles, but also increase the assisting muscles as well. Like cable machines at a gym, the motion is some what isolating a muscle group, but the cables free form movement depends on assisting muscles to complete the movement. Resulting in a better stretch and a better squeeze, elongating the muscles with your own body's range of natural motion.

Constant tension provided by using the Tri Point Bar, Split Bands, and Resistance Bands during body weight free form movements and compound movements will burn more calories then standard fixed path motion machines.
CORE.............CORE..............CORE...............CORE...........CORE,
The SWINGFIT stations won't allow you NOT to use your CORE.
